The location of the hotel is stunning, with a waterfall set up on the grounds for a picturesque view during breakfast. The restaurant service was top-notch, offering a delicious selection of food. The room was spacious and modern, with a beautiful bathroom. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. The resort also had great facilities for kids, with tracks for them to cycle around in the wooded area nearby or enjoy the entertainment in the Hunted Hog pub in the village.
The hotel fell short in terms of meeting the expectations we had.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel to find a hand-written note from the general manager, welcoming us to our honeymoon. The room was fantastic, with plenty of space and luxurious touches. The highlight was the bathroom, complete with a stunning standalone shower and a beautiful chandelier. The staff were courteous and pleasant throughout our stay, and the grounds were a joy to explore.
We were disappointed to find that there were limited fireplaces in the hotel, and we also found getting to and from the resort to be challenging and expensive.

As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the car parking service on arrival and the spacious standard room with beautiful views of the golf course. The bathroom with a separate shower, bath, and toilet, along with double sinks, was a nice touch. The spa treatments were enjoyable, and the staff were friendly. the scenery surrounding the grounds was picturesque, making for a very relaxing stay. The included fold down service and chocolates on the bed in the evening were appreciated.
Felt absolutely spoiled, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated in a beautiful countryside setting with plenty of opportunities for walks and exploration. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help and make our stay enjoyable. Plus, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere during our Christmas getaway.
the food options at the hotel were not up to par. The quality and variety of dishes were lacking, especially considering the standard expected at a hotel of this caliber.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was superb, with generous proportions, a spacious dressing room, and an exceptional bathroom. The menu choice in the two restaurants offered a good variety of alternative dishes. The Knight's Bar was incredibly atmospheric, especially at night with the fire lighting and candles. The high ceilings and quality cocktail menu added to the charm. However, the hotel's number one asset is its staff. From the moment we set foot in the building, nothing was too much trouble. Every single member of staff greeted and assisted us as we went around the hotel, making us feel welcome and relaxed.
Nothing, all great.
